Hospitals on Sunday

Hospitals is the name of the surf spot where we work our Sunday sessions. Not sure if it is called 'hospitals' due to the rocks the break crashes you into, or if it is because one of the original La Jolla hospitals was located there back in the day. Anyway training went a bit like:

*3 sets alternating sides 32 kg TGU's
*20 warm up dble handed swings w/32
*15 cleans per side w/32
*Double 24 kg clean and strict press for 5 reps (clean before each press)
*Double 24 see-saw press - set for 5/per - set for 4 per
*Handstands for time
*Tuck to planche' (few attempts - no true strong hold)
*2 Sets of two hands anyhow with 24's completing each side before rest
*Gladiator presses each side for 3 reps (side plank pressing)
*Double 24 overhead squat x 2
*Bear crawls w/32's - 5 per side

Good day!








Established goals to be accomplished by end of August they are
*10 second handstand without wall
*10 second human flag
*L-sit to straddle planche'
*L-sit to tuck to straddle to handstand
*Double 32 kg press
*Make additional $1,500 monthly w/herbalife and 8EW
